This CRM puts every WhatsApp conversation in one panel, on the official Meta Cloud API. A thread locks to whoever picks it up, so two people never answer the same patient. Conversations move through a pipeline, from unanswered to closed, and the owner sees what is stuck without asking anyone. Seven months in production. The clinic now handles the same volume with a smaller team.
